API Std Pipes

DS PORT TECH is supplying all Main Steels (HR material) as per IS standards for MS Section steels and MS plates then DSPT can supply of API standard pipes like HSAW, LSAW, SSAW and ERW. DSPT has experienced Fabricator/Fitter to guide the job with 6G/Xray Welders (TIG and ARC) with certified by third party agency for petroleum pipes in Carbon steel and Stainless Steel and fabricating (Pipe range from 25mm to 1200mm diameter) the MS Structural at ship berthing point, new or strengthening of super structural frames which is most requirement at ports and oil jetty. We are preferred of electro rod and TIG rods in ESAB or D&H or BEST in IS standard rods only. We can mobilize team in anywhere in India and any critical point. We are having underwater divers for ship hull underwater repairing and welding work with licence holders. We are having special equipment for fabrication work with follows safety aspect to Port, Oil and Gas companies. We can do EPC project with respective drawing given by Customer. Also we can attend leak arresting by fabrication. We can do any kind of difficult subject marine relate fabrication and any area of field industries. We are doing modification and epoxy painting as convince for customer requirement in Container Terminal’s RTG and QC cranes. DS PORT TECH is supplying of all HDPE/MDPE/LDPE pipes and fittings relate of Electrofusion welding method, We proud to say we are in field of Electrofusion welding concept in HDPE industries. In Welding, there is two method of Electrofusion i.e. 1. Electrofusion Welding that will require PE Coupler for joint welding. 2. Electrofusion Butt Welding is not require PE coupler because this welding method disc heating with support of hydraulic level maker. We can do welding from 20mm to 900mm dia of pipe in Gas industries, PWD and other activities requirement. We can supply import materials as customer request or Indian Standard marked materials in the relevant of subject of requirement.
